Conventional school requires the kids to attend the class in every morning. In K-12 classes, kids have to wake up early in the morning to go to their school and they have to do this daily habit for over a decade. Along the way, there are so many effective times being wasted, such as the time they have to prepare everything to attend the class and time they spend on the street. Not only that, as parents we simply lost hours of togetherness with our beloved children and the worst thing is that they’re out of our sight and we cannot control their development. Those are only some things of how in many cases home-schooling program is way better than the conventional schooling program.
Attention can be received if our children educated at home. In fact, regular school classes won’t be able to provide them private attention that there will be so many times where they unable to catch up the lesson very well and simply missed to understand the subject taught. On home-schooling otherwise, they will be provided with intensive attention from the tutor. In case of they have a problem on specific subject the tutor will be there to provide them some helps and assistance needed.
And parent will find home-schooling program is much convenient to do. On the regular school, we are wasting more than 8 hours without our children, so no wonder if our children prefer to choose their friend instead of their family. On home-schooling, family can still maintain the togetherness and even some home tutoring program invites the parent to be directly involved with the kids’ academic learning process.
Another reason is that at home-schooling there is no competition, so children will not have a tendency to prove or beat others. Controlling the children’s moral is major reason of home-schooling. We can avoid them from the unhealthy environment. Last, home-schooling is very flexible, so it suits children’s personal need.
